Our mission at Juniperhaven is to provide exceptional quality childcare that parents can trust.  Communication between school and home that is open and honest and a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive through the power of play.

Vision

To be the leading play-based preschool in Central Oregon that  provides children with opportunities to develop empathy,  resilience, and positive relationships with peers through play; setting them up for success in school and in life. 

 

 

Philosophy

Our program philosophy is rooted in the belief that play is the natural and most effective way for young children to learn and develop. We as educators build a foundation through play for a child’s healthy development that fosters creativity, problem-solving skills, social-emotional growth, and early learning skills for kindergarten readiness.

Hours: (Tuition covers 8am-5pm)

Monday: 7:30am-6:00pm

Tuesday: 6:30am-6:00pm

Wednesday: 6:30am-6:00pm

Thursday: 6:30am-6:00pm

Friday: 6:30am-6:00pm

 

Juniperhaven Preschool began as a licensed certified in-home childcare program in 2016. After many years of caring for children in her home, founder Amy Egle, had a desire to serve more families in Bend and move her business to a place that would be exclusively for childcare.

In 2021, Amy discovered a former church space that she believed would be perfect for her vision. After nine long months of anticipation, she proudly opened the doors of Juniperhaven Preschool as a certified center in December of 2021.  The result was a beautiful space that welcomed children with open arms, providing them with a nurturing and stimulating environment to grow and learn.

Drop-off at 6:30am: $75/additional fee
